Where are the CHERRY CORNER Apartments (Apartamenty WIŚNIOWY ZAKĄTEK) located?
The apartments are located on a quiet and peaceful housing estate of Pszczyna in Silesia Province only a 5 min walk from the supermarket (food discount, flower shop, cash dispenser) and 10 min walk from the historical Pszczyński Park and the old town with many tourist attractions (the Castle Museum, The Bison Pen, Open-Air Ethnographic Museum-Farm Village of Pszczyna, Press Museum) as well as entertainment and restaurants. The apartments are located only 3 km from a 9-hole golf course. Within 50 m from the apartments there is also a pitch and racetrack and an indoor swimming pool as well as a Roman Catholic church, and, only after a 5 min walk along a calm street, there is a kindergarten, a primary school and a junior high school.

The CHERRY CORNER Apartments (Apartamenty WIŚNIOWY ZAKĄTEK) are comprised of 7 housing premises with the total area from 35 m2 to 50 m2 which guarantees the tenants quiet vicinity. The second part of the building contains offices that are not burdensome for the inhabitants. The apartments are independent, air-conditioned and fully equipped apartments, situated on the ground floor and on the first floor of the building. Some of the apartments have a terrace and the apartments located on the ground floor – have additionally direct entrance to the garden.

Our apartments are fully furnished, independent apartments with a bathroom, living room and a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. Each apartment has: induction board, fridge with freezer a compact oven with the function of microwaves, electric kettle, sink and necessary dishes, pots, frying pan and cutlery.All apartments have individual air-conditioning (with the function of heating in the spring and autumn) and free Internet and cable television. Some of the apartments have a balcony or terrace which have additionally an exit to a small garden in the apartments on the ground floor. The guests also have at their disposal a fenced car park and garage places (after prior booking) as well as the laundry and drying room located in the basement equipped with washer-dryers and dryers, ironing boards and irons.

The facility where the apartments are located is monitored, fenced and equipped with domestic telephone set which guarantees the guests a feeling of safety. The guests also have at their disposal a fenced free car park and paid garage park places (after prior booking). The apartments located on the ground floor have external roller blinds. Access to the premises is through a remotely controlled gate.

While inquiring you must provide: Full name, date of stay, quantity of people (max 2 persons in one apartment) in the apartment, any possible interest in the garage or cleaning service and replacing bed linen and contact details to a person and company that does the booking. In reply to a received form with inquiry we will send you a rental offer by e-mail.
The offer will provide you with the information on the availability of the apartment in the time chosen by you as well as accommodation costs and details concerning payment.
For how long can a apartment be rented?
The apartments can be rented for at least a few months, preferably for a year or more. In the case of longer stays the prices are agreed individually. It is required to sign a relevant rental contract.
ACCOMMODATION
Is there a car park near the apartments ?
We provide our guests with free parking within the area of the fenced property CHERRY CORNER Apartments (Apartamenty WIŚNIOWY ZAKĄTEK). For an extra fee, after a prior notification, if the place is available, there is a possibility to use the garage. In the case of 2 people being accommodated in the apartment, when each of the guests has their own car, in the case of lack of suitable amount of parking places inside the property, one should expect the need to use the second parking place beyond the fence.
Is there a possibility to order transport from the Railway Station directly to the apartment?
There is a possibility to order transport in the form of taxis. For this purpose, it is necessary to report such a request to the manager of the facility. At the same time we inform you that there is a taxi rank in front of the PKP station.
STAY
Are there towels, bed linen, and toilet paper in the apartment?
Each apartment has quilts and pillows for 1 or 2 people (depending on the amount of people). Bed linen, towels and toilet paper are also price included.
Is there an offer for cleaning services, exchange of towels and bed linen in the apartment?
Cleaning services, exchange of towels and bed linen are available free of charge.
Are there kitchen utensils in the apartment?
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with necessary household appliances for storing and preparing meals (induction board, fridge with freezer, a compact oven with the function of microwaves, electric kettle, sink). In the apartment there are also basic kitchen utensils (pots, frying pan, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs etc.)
What number of people can stay in the apartment?
The maximum number of people is indicated in the description of each apartment.
Is there a possibility to add an extra bed?
No, we don't offer extra beds to our guests. Each apartment features accommodation for 2 persons on a sofa bed or a double bed.
Is there a possibility to have a cot for the child?
No, we don't offer cots for children. Each apartment features accommodation for 2 persons on a sofa bed or a double bed.
Is there a safe in the apartment? Is the apartment secured?
There is no safe in the apartment. However, the guests can feel safe in our apartments located in a quiet and peaceful housing estate. All the CHERRY CORNER Apartments (Apartamenty WIŚNIOWY ZAKĄTEK) have individual air-conditioning with the function of heating in the spring and autumn.
Are pets allowed in the CHERRY CORNER Apartments (Apartamenty WIŚNIOWY ZAKĄTEK)?
To ensure full comfort of other guests, pets in the apartments are not allowed. Failure to comply with these principles may cause a financial fine to be applied, and eventually even the removal of those guests who do not comply with the principles.
Can you smoke in the apartments?
Smoking is strictly forbidden within the whole facility of the CHERRY CORNER Apartments (Apartamenty WIŚNIOWY ZAKĄTEK). In this way we want to provide appropriate comfort and safety to other guests staying in the building and persons who will use the apartments in the future. Failure to comply with these principles may cause a financial fine to be applied, and eventually even the removal of those guests who do not comply with the principles.
Is there a washing machine in the apartment?
The apartments are not equipped with washing machines. The exception is apartment 7. For the convenience of our guests in the basement of the building there are washer-dryers to use free of charge. The guests must, however, buy appropriate detergents on their own. The guests also have at their disposal dryers for washing in the basement.

What is the cost of rental of CHERRY CORNER Apartments (Apartamenty WIŚNIOWY ZAKĄTEK)?
The price offer is sent to the guests after receiving a filled form that is located on our website with an inquiry about the price and availability of the apartment. The offer will be sent to the person booking the stay by e-mail within 2 working days from the date of the inquiry submission.
