The Apartments are located only 3 km from a 9-hole golf course. Within 50 m from the apartments there is also a pitch and racetrack and an indoor swimming pool as well as a Roman Catholic church, and, only after a 5 min walk along a calm street, there is a kindergarten, a primary school and a junior high school.
